VAT and other charges
Vat is included in the cash value of the retail vouchers and prepaid gift cards. Only our service fee attracts Vat of 15% – this is all shown in the total before you pay.
Please note that to provide a service of this nature, requires that we are compensated for our time and expenses in the preparation and processing of your card or voucher. We therefore charge a 12% service fee of the value of any item purchased from us, plus 15% Vat on that.
Important note: The additional service fees are in no way levied by the retail institutions displayed in this website.
