Where can I buy a retail voucher using the Ewards service?

Why should I buy vouchers from your website when I can buy them directly from the retail store’s website?
It is much easier to buy from our website because you can choose from a wide range of different store vouchers in one place. This makes it convenient when buying vouchers for family, friends, colleagues, celebrations, achievements, rewards or special occasions.
You also do not need to register on multiple store websites or work through different checkout and recipient-detail processes for each retailer.

How does the Ewards voucher buying process work?
It’s simple. Click on the category of the item you want, select the brand, and follow the prompts.
Please remember to include your phone number and email address, as well as the phone number and email address of your recipient. Many brand websites require both in order for the voucher to be sent.
Can I buy different brands in one order?
Yes. Simply select the vouchers and values you want, add them to your basket, and complete your order.
What if I need to buy many vouchers for a company?
For corporate or company orders of any quantity, or for personal orders that require several vouchers of different Rand value denominations, please email your request to info@giftbucks.co.za for a quotation.

How quickly will I receive my voucher?
The retail vouchers available on Ewards are currently not instant. They are sent to your mobile phone or email address, generally on the same day as your order.
Sometimes, vouchers may be delayed by 24 hours due to circumstances beyond our control.
Can I choose to receive my voucher by SMS or email?
The brand of voucher you choose determines how it is sent. Most vouchers are sent by email only, some are sent by SMS only, some give you a choice of both, and some require both.
Please read the voucher details carefully before making your selection.
Can I add a message to my voucher?
Yes, provided your voucher is being sent by email. Vouchers sent by SMS cannot include messages.
Please keep your message as short as possible, as long messages may be cut off or shortened. Most message blocks allow around 250 characters, although some are shorter and some allow up to 500 characters.
Is my money safe with you?
Yes. We have been in business for over 25 years and have specifically provided gift cards and vouchers to consumers and companies for 18 years.
Our website is HTTPS secure, which means data transmitted between your browser and the website is encrypted. This helps protect sensitive details such as passwords, credit card details and personal information from tampering and interception.
Can I get a refund?
In all cases, and in line with all brands’ terms and conditions, digital vouchers cannot be refunded.
This is because digital vouchers are sent to third-party devices and cannot be retrieved once sent. Please check carefully that the recipient’s email address or mobile phone number is correct before completing your order.
