VAT and other charges
Please note that to provide a service of this nature, requires that we are compensated for our time and expenses in the preparation and processing of your card, voucher or hamper. We therefore charge a 12% service fee of the value of any item purchased from us. NB please note that there is no Vat on the cash value in the retail vouchers or in the prepaid gift cards. VAT is not applicable to the cash value of the gift card or voucher, only to our service fee and the cost of the actual card, and courier fees.
