VAT and other charges
Vat of 15% is not added to the Rand value of the retail vouchers and prepaid gift cards. It is only added to our Service fee – which is always shown in the total before you pay. Our Service fee is 12% of the value of any gift card or voucher you buy from us, plus 15% Vat on that. It is for the processing of your order and support provided to any queries you may have.

Important note: The additional service fees are in no way levied by the retailers displayed in this website.
