Digital Voucher/Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

Validity
  • The gift card is exchangeable for merchandise at all PnP retail outlets
  • The gift card is valid for 36 months from date of last purchase. Thereafter, the card will be deactivated. The customer must contact Pick n Pay to reactivate the gift card for further use.
  • Misuse of this gift card constitutes fraud.
Load Limitations
  • PnP gift cards can load a transactional value of R5000 per transaction and a total balance of R5000 per card
Restrictions On PnP Gift Cards
  • PnP gift cards can be used as a valid tender on all products and services
  • The card may not be redeemed for cash and no credit balance will be given as cash.
  • All tenders are currently still used to top up a PnP Gift card.
