  • You cannot exchange funds on your mobile voucher for cash.
  • Gift cards and digital gift vouchers may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Mobile vouchers issued can be partially or fully redeemed. The balance of a mobile voucher partially redeemed is transferred to a new mobile voucher number sent to your mobile phone.
  • Your mobile voucher is valid for 3 years from (1) date of first issue or (2) the date on which you load additional funds on the mobile voucher, whichever is later.
  • Please safeguard your mobile voucher. Clicks accepts no liability for and will not replace any lost or stolen mobile vouchers.
  • Misuse of a mobile voucher constitutes fraud.
