Gift Cards and Vouchers sells digital vouchers that can be redeemed online or in-store at participating retailers within South Africa. The vouchers are delivered digitally via email or mobile, and each voucher is valid for the amount specified at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing vouchers from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Voucher Delivery

All vouchers will be delivered electronically via mobile or email. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the correct contact information is provided during the purchase process. We are not liable for vouchers delivered to incorrect details.

4. Voucher Redemption

Vouchers can be redeemed both online and in-store at participating retailers within South Africa only. Please check the list of eligible stores and online platforms before purchasing. Vouchers cannot be redeemed outside South Africa.

5. Voucher Validity

Vouchers are valid for a specific period from the date of purchase, as indicated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be accepted, and no refunds or replacements will be provided for unused or expired vouchers.

6. No Refunds or Returns

All voucher purchases are final. Vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable, even if lost, stolen, or expired. Once a voucher is delivered, it is the responsibility of the recipient to safeguard it.

7. Digital/Email Delivery

Vouchers are delivered digitally either by email or SMS (mobile). Once the voucher is issued, it is considered delivered and no further liability rests with Gift Cards and Vouchers regarding the delivery of the voucher.

8. South Africa Only

Vouchers are valid for use in South Africa only and cannot be redeemed internationally. Please ensure you are aware of this restriction when purchasing.

9. Brand Names and Trademarks

The brand names, logos, and identifying marks displayed on our website are owned by, and are the trademarks of, each company or its affiliates. The brands displayed are in no way affiliated with Gift Bucks (Pty) Ltd nor its online vouchering service, giftcardsandvouchers.co.za.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gift Cards and Vouchers is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred from the use of our vouchers. We do not guarantee the availability of products or services from participating retailers and accept no liability for any issues arising from the redemption of vouchers.

11. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the purchase process will be used only to process your order and deliver the vouchers.

12. Changes to Terms
