Digital Voucher/Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

  1. Holdsport Group may from time to time make use of physical or electronic gift cards (“Gift Cards”) available for use on the Website towards the purchase of the Products. Gift Cards can only be redeemed while they are valid and their expiry dates cannot be extended.
  2. Gift Cards are available for purchase online and in store.
  3. Gift Cards that are purchased by customers are valid for a period of 3 (three) years after Sale. If your Gift Card has not been used within that period, it will expire and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  4. Gift Cards cannot be used to buy other Gift Cards, and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit
  5. They do not accrue interest.
  6. If your Gift Card value is insufficient for the order you wish to place, you may make up the difference by paying via one of our other payment methods as provided for in these Terms.
  7. Holdsport Group is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a Gift Card, after it has delivered the Gift Card to you or the email address nominated by you.
