Digital Voucher/Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

  1. You may use our online Voucher Purchase platform at www.nandos.co.za to purchase Nando’s Vouchers or by using the Nando’s App both of which will be subject to the Website Terms of Service as well as these Online Voucher Purchase Terms and Conditions (both to be referred to as the “Terms”).
  2. When purchasing Vouchers online you should check all of the information that you enter and correct any errors before submitting your purchase, as once your purchase is submitted we will begin processing it immediately and you may not be able to correct any errors.
  3. Your purchase constitutes an offer to us. We will confirm our acceptance of your purchase by sending you or the person for whom you purchased the Voucher an SMS and/or email with your invoice number (the “Confirmation Notice”). The Terms will become legally binding on you and us when we send you the Confirmation Notice and each Purchase shall incorporate the Terms and shall be a new and separate contract between you and us.
  4. Vouchers purchased on our website and/or Nando’s App are valid for 36 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
  5. Vouchers can be redeemed against all products for sale in a Nando’s restaurant in South Africa, provided that a Voucher may not be used for the purchase of alcohol as a take-away item.
  6. Vouchers cannot be (i) redeemed for cash, (ii) returned for a refund, (iii) have their balances consolidated to a new Voucher and/or (iv) be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
  7. If your purchase exceeds the value of the Voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
  8. If you return any products you have purchased using a Voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases.
  9. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report this to customercare@nandos.com providing all the details including proof of purchase of the Voucher, the Voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes.
  10. Vouchers are not refundable for product returns i.e. if you return an item on which a Voucher was redeemed, we will not be able to issue you with a new Voucher.
  11. Nando’s reserves the right to cancel a Voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement Voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a Voucher.
  12. Nando’s may change or replace the Terms from time to time.
